Please note that Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 are no longer available, and have been replaced by the 'School Board Update form,' which is hosted on the MoE website. You can access this through the 'School Board Update form' page on this website. Returning Officers should fill this out following elections, and Board Secretaries should ensure that it is kept up to date.

Triennial Elections - Staff

Your school should be running a staff triennial election as well as parent elections. If this is not happening then you need to email the Ministry of Education (schoolboard.elections@education.govt.nz) and request a new date for your staff election.
